Open Positions

    Prior restaurant experience is not required. We are looking for:

    • Previous food preparation experience preferred.

  • We are looking for individuals who have a passion for leading a team. As a Kava Supervisor, you will be a shift leader and team members will rely on you for your guidance and support.

    • A positive individual who can multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.

    • Someone with a strong, dependable work ethic.

    • Previous supervisor experience in the food service industry preferred.

  • We are looking for individuals that enjoy delivering outstanding customer service to valued customers and assisting the General Manager. As a Kava Assistant General Manager, team members will rely on you for your guidance and support.

    We are looking for:

    • A natural leader who enjoys motivating and leading a team to work together.

    • A positive individual who can multi-task in a fast paced work environment.

    • Someone with a strong, dependable work ethic who can open and close.

    • A person with solid cash handling and end of day processing.

    • An individual with previous experience of proper customer service expectations and speed of service.

    • A leader with 1+ years experience of shift and/or Restaurant Assistant General Manager experience in restaurant industry.
